Request Data Deletion — Twin Companion

To request deletion of some or all of your data without deleting your account, use the form below or email packbcapp@gmail.com with the subject Data Deletion Request and list the data types to remove (e.g. chat history, memories).

Steps

1. Send email describing which data you want removed.
2. We will confirm the request and the scope of deletion.
3. We will remove the specified data and confirm when complete.

Types of data

• Chat transcripts and memory entries
• Profile fields (display name, avatar)
• Usage logs and device identifiers

Retention: Backups may take up to 30 days to be purged
