Request Account Deletion — Twin Companion

To request permanent deletion of your Twin Companion account and all personal data associated with it, please use the form below or email packbcapp@gmail.com with the subject Account Deletion Request and include the email or username for the account.

Steps

1. Send email to support with your account identifier.
2. We will verify your identity and confirm the deletion scope.
3. After verification we will delete your account and notify you when complete.

What will be deleted

• Profile information (name, email, avatar)
• Chat transcripts and stored memories
• Device tokens and session data

Retention

Deleted items are removed from primary storage immediately; backups may take up to 30 days.
